In keeping with the seasons, following the cycle of the vine, I am going to explain to you the various interventions that are made on the different grape varieties in order to enhance their quality whilst respecting the natural habitat.

May these moments rich in reciprocity provide you with another vision of rural life.

"At the foot of the mountains of ‘Vaiselay’ as the ancients still called Mont Scorpion are planted vines in lines that give an excellent and well-reputed wine" translation from text dated 1620.

I exploit 2.5ha of vines since the year 2000 a few steps from the ‘Eternal Hill’; a high ranking UNESCO World Heritage Site and an important stop on the pilgrim’s path from St. Jacques of Compostella since St Bernard preached from there to the Second Crusade.

The fruits of my labour were rewarded as of the first year by the Bourgogne Vézelay Silver Medal 2001, last November by the Bourgogne Vézelay 2002 and a star in the Hachette Guide 2004 for both the white and red Bourgogne Vézelay 2001.
